Exchange Policy

Weave & Decor follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.


Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at info.weaveanddecor@gmail.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is ₹99/Order.
Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pincodes. In this case customer is requested to send
back with customer name, order number and mobile number on it.

Return : We humbly don't take returns on items sold once.

7 Days Exchange Policy:

Exchange can be done only if :

  • If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
  • If the item is different from what is mentioned on the product page.
  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.
  • We do not have any return/exchange policy for Quality related issues.

Exchange will be charged at  ₹99/2 Products and ₹199/more than 2 Products (to be paid online). Also, any difference amount(if any) in case of exchange will also be paid online. NO COD AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE.

*In case of Comforter of any size, ₹199/pc (to be paid online) will be charged for exchange process.

You can return items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/Whatsapp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

When my Exchange is not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.

We don't offer exchange/returns on Curtains.

Tips to avoid returns :

To ensure to order the correct product for your purpose here are few tips for a proper buying techniques:

      • Ensure that the product will actually fulfills your needs & requirements in terms of size and use. Make sure that the product will actually fit your requirements. All the specifications of the products are mentioned on the product by us to ensure that the customer fully understands the product
      • Due to different technology of different screens there will always be slight variation in actual color of the product and displayed color on your device. Factors like different display technology, display size, image capture lighting settings, color-contrast-brightness settings , viewing angle etc. . . make the actual color of the product vary. Hence it is better to select the nearest shade of the product for your use.
