Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We humbly don't take returns on items once sold. We do, however, offer a straightforward 7-day exchange policy outlined below, so you can shop with confidence.


7 Days Exchange Policy

Exchange can be done only if:

  • The item received is in damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
  • The item is different from what is mentioned on the product page.
  • The item has missing parts or accessories which were mentioned on the product page.

We do not have any return/exchange policy for quality-related issues.

Exchange will be charged at ₹99 for 2 products and ₹199 for more than 2 products (to be paid online). Any difference amount (if any) in case of exchange will also be paid online. No COD available for exchange.

*In case of comforters of any size, ₹199/pc (to be paid online) will be charged for the exchange process.

You can return items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, and must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

For exchange, call/WhatsApp at +91 98120 35799 or email us at info.weaveanddecor@gmail.com along with your order ID and a video proof of opening the parcel.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email/WhatsApp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.


Can I Cancel My Order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of placing it. Please call us at +91 9812035799 or write to us at info.weaveanddecor@gmail.com to request a cancellation.


When My Exchange Is Not Accepted

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Exchange/return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material — we suggest that the customer reads the product description and looks at all the pictures carefully before ordering.

We don't offer exchange/returns on curtains.


Tips to Avoid Returns

To ensure you order the correct product for your purpose, here are a few tips for proper buying:

  • Ensure that the product actually fulfills your needs and requirements in terms of size and use. All specifications of the products are mentioned by us to ensure that the customer fully understands the product before purchase.
  • Due to different display technologies across screens, there will always be a slight variation between the actual color of the product and the displayed color on your device. Factors like display size, image capture lighting, color/contrast/brightness settings, and viewing angle can all affect this. It is best to select the nearest shade of the product for your use.
