Weave & DecorWeave & Decor follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are stress-free. We offer a 100% Buyer Protection Program for our valued customers. We are always with you — before and after your purchase.
Size Exchange
If you have a size issue with the delivered product, email us at info.weaveanddecor@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. If reverse pickup is available at your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up and re-send the correct product.
If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, please send the item back with your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number written on the package.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on items once sold.
7 Days Exchange Policy
Exchange is accepted only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
- Item is different from what is mentioned on the product page
- Item has missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Requests after 7 days cannot be processed.

When Exchange is Not Accepted
- Customer does not like the material
- No exchange or return on Curtains
- No exchange for quality-related issues
- Request made after 7 days of delivery
- Item not in original, unused condition or packaging

- Read the full product description and check all specifications before ordering.
- Actual product color may slightly vary from screen due to display settings. Please choose the nearest shade accordingly.
